  1. About Syndiquick
    1. Syndiquick is the registered name of a business that is incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. We abide to the regulations given by the Gambling Commission and the necessary gambling laws that reside in the United Kingdom.
  2. This Agreement
    1. This agreement was last updated on and affective from: 09/05/2012
    2. Any changes to this agreement will be in effect immediately, unless stated by Syndiquick.
    3. ‘We’, ‘us’ and ‘Syndiquick’ refers to the Syndiquick website, where ‘players’ and ‘users’ refers to the customers of such. The ‘website’ refers to the Syndiquick website as found at the URL www.syndiquick.com or any other websites that Syndiquick operates.
    4. You agree to be bound by these changes regardless of notice or method of, during continued use of Syndiquick.
  3. Using Syndiquick
    1. All winning proceeds are distributed equally amongst the necessary syndicate shareholders.
    2. Jackpots are expected to be changed to meet advertisement, accuracy or rollover.
    3. To insure stability and reliability:
      1. Syndiquick are the strict lottery ticket holders for all advertised syndicates on the website.
      2. Syndiquick are responsible for all ticket purchases, prize claims and prize distribution to syndicate winners.
      3. At no time will players be respected purchasers or holders of lottery tickets that are assigned to syndicates they join.
  4. Payments
    1. Syndiquick holds the right to provide full OR part refunds on exceptional circumstances:
      1. Ticket(s) of respected draws were declared void by the respected lottery AND was refunded by the respected lottery;
      2. System failure on Syndiquick’s behalf that resulted in said player not being entered to advertised draws/syndicates;
      3. Unless consented by Syndiquick, refunds upon draw/syndicate closure cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless situated above;
      4. Refunds will be credited to a player’s account unless agreed otherwise.
    2. For security purposes, at our sole discretion, we may:
      1. Complimentarily and temporarily suspend accounts if players have received large amounts of winnings; players may make or receive contact with Syndiquick regarding the matter and receipt of payments.
      2. Suspend accounts if we believe the account has been breached or has been involved in any illegal/fraudulent activity.
    3. Without prior contact, all fraudulent activity and unexpected chargebacks will result in player account being suspended and/or terminated, with credited balance held and any winnings forfeited.
    4. You agree to pay any and all payments owed to us or any third party in connection with your use of Syndiquick’s services. You agree not to issue any chargebacks, reverse or cancellations of funds due, and to compensate any unpaid or outstanding payments to us, including the expenses accumulated by us to collect such payments.
  5. Warranties
    1. You warrant and represent that:
      1. You are acting on your own behalf;
      2. You are not restricted by laws or legal capacity in any way;
      3. You have not been classified as a compulsive gambler and/or are receiving help in relation to such;
      4. You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money upon participating in a syndicate(s);
      5. You are not depositing funds originating from criminal and/or un-authorised activities;
      6. You are not under the age of 18 or the age restriction to partake in gambling in the jurisdiction of which you reside;
      7. The debit/credit card details supplied by you to either us, our payment gateway or any of our payment services when depositing funds are those of the registered account holder and the card has not been reported as lost or stolen;
      8. You are not an employee or official representative of Syndiquick. In any event that you have breached this prohibition, among others actions that will be taken against you, you will not be entitled to any of your winnings.
      9. You have not previously held a player account which was suspended or terminated either by us, charged back any monies via a player account or already maintains a current player account; and
      10. Any information provided to us by you is not false, untrue or misleading in any fashion.
  6. Reservations and Rights
    1. We reserve, at our sole discretion, the right to:
      1. change this agreement, Privacy Policy, or game rules at our sole discretion at any time.
      2. refuse any registration of an account to the Syndiquick website.
      3. refuse to accept the participation of a syndicate;
      4. change, remove, modify or add any syndicate to the website.
      5. use information provided to us to check for identity and age verification.
    2. Any disputes regarding the participation or prizes of a syndicate will be decided at our discretion. We reserve the right to reasonably withhold any winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to our satisfaction in order to ensure that payment of the winning amount is being made to the correct person.
